Creative Lead - 2023 - Present
As Creative Lead at Caraffi, I’m focused on growing and strengthening our team while boosting profitability through smarter workflows and the strategic use of AI. I lead a team of creatives delivering campaigns, brands and support for our clients throughout the entire talent lifecycle across a wide range of industries, driving growth and raising the team’s visibility both internally and externally. Our work has been highly commended at the PPMAs and won twice at the EBMAs and shortlisted at the IHR awards three years running.
Veracity Marketing
Designer - 2021 - 2023
This is where I cut my teeth in the agency world — designing integrated campaigns for national and global FMCG brands across TV, digital, social, and print. It was a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where I learned from some brilliant creatives and gained a solid understanding of what great creative looks like, and how to deliver it. I also developed a strong grasp of the agency process, from idea through to execution.
Freelance
Designer - 2020 - 2023
After leaving HFE, I set up a small design business, delivering branding and marketing creative for small and mid-sized businesses. When I moved into a new full-time role, I scaled the business back to part-time, continuing to take on freelance projects alongside. It gave me a solid grounding in the realities of running a business, from managing clients to balancing creative with commercial priorities.

Designer - 2018 - 2020
My first design job was with a large-format printer, where I started on the production floor before moving into design. It was fast-paced, hands-on, and full of tight turnarounds... the perfect place to learn. I handled on-demand artwork and design requests for all kinds of clients, gaining a deep understanding of the print process that still shapes how I work today.

Judge - 2024
I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to judge the Recruitment Marketing Awards in 2024. It was a huge learning experience for me in how award entries can be crafted and scored, I was exposed to a ton of brilliant, inspiring work and scored entries across Art Direction, Campaign of the Year, Early Talent, Print, Content Marketing and Culture.
